You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds of non-defective merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Should you receive an item defective in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the item, at our option, at no cost to you. Simply initiate a return request from your account area and explain the problem to get the process started. We'll also reimburse your original shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Complete any necessary information and provide a reason for your return. After reviewing your request, we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We will inform you if it is necessary for you to ship the item(s) back to us prior to receiving a refund or replacement. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund, replacement, or repaired item within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive it more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days); the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days); and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days) or for a new or repaired item to be shipped to you (10-15 business days), as applicable.
